Slow-cooked vegetable tagine fit for royalty! Tender butternut, aubergine, baby spinach, chickpeas, tomatoes and dates gently simmered in a fragrant blend of spices, fresh ginger and orange.

Cooking instructions:
Can cook from frozen – put in the oven at 190degrees for 15-20mins, stir occasionally.

Serving suggestion:
Serve with rice, couscous or quinoa or it’s excellent as a side to grilled meat or a braai.
