Hannam & Co. bake a unique bread made entirely from seeds, salt and water – no flour, no egg, no diary, no added yeast, no binding or raising agents, no preservatives. And they are delicious!

Woodstock Bakery make hand shaped, wood fired artisanal bread – the tradional way! They use stone-ground flours sourced from Eureka Mills in Heidelberg. Great care is taken to ensure their ingredients are ethical and local – the raw, untreated honey used in their rye loaves is from beekeepers in neighbouring Malmesbury & Langebaan. No additives or conditioners are used and all breads are preservative free. They have around 17 different breads on offer and each smells as heavenly as the next!
